  • Lerner founded PanXchange, an online trading and price discovery tool for physical commodities, in 2011 and is CEO.
  • Much of the company’s success came after she turned 50, including launching the nation’s industrial-grade trading platform for specialty sand used by the oil and gas industry.
  • In 2019, they started the first and only platform for hemp benchmark prices.
  • Lerner was previously managing director of Golden Seeds, an angel investment firm that backs women-led companies.
