PanXchange is a market structure solution for physical commodities that feed and fuel the world. Centered around its electronic negotiating and trading platform, it offers instant market access and price discovery, especially in relatively thin and/or nascent physical commodity markets. 

In January 2019, PanXchange issued the US hemp industry’s first suite of benchmark prices and is now the industry leader.  In August 2019, it launched the industry’s first institutional grade trading platform for growers, processors, traders and end-users of biomass, crude oil, isolate, and distillate. PanXchange is also the US defacto benchmark price provider and trading platform for the 120 million ton specialty sand market for the US energy industry.  Its first market launched in 2015 in Kenya and now has over 30 different agricultural products available to trade in the region. 

PanXchange is looking for a high-energy, over-achieving Manager, Communication, and Content.  You will work closely with the CEO and the entire team on building Panxchange’s brand and market reach. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content Manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing, and proofreading, formulating content strategies, and managing a content team, among other tasks. You will also be responsible for managing and building the company’s public relations, both inbound and outbound.

Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide operations guidance for the company working with the executive team and field-level management writing, editing, and proofreading content, ensuring brand consistency in PR, marketing, and social media messages.
  • Manage and build PR relationships and strategies.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media, while ensuring it’s factual and accurate.
  • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms as appropriate, plus increases presence on existing platforms, measure success, and competitive advantages.
